Information provided at the time of completing your membership form, purchasing services from us including hire of our facilities or requesting further services

Data Retention

We only retain your personal data for as long as we need it to fulfil your membership, our business obligations, unless otherwise required by law. We will retain and use information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements as follows:

Data obtained on your membership forms (3 years after completion)
Data obtained on you hire forms and other invoice data is kept for a minimum of 6 years (as required under UK Law).
Anonymous web site tracking data is retained for 26 months.

Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfilment and administration of your orders

Our membership form is collected via HelloWorks (a Dropbox company), where the club will remain as the ‘Data Controller’. The club will also utilise MailChimp in order to send out club correspondence.

A cookie is a small file which is placed on your computer’s hard drive. Currently we do not use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. If this changes in the future, we will provide an update in terms of our policy.
