The Story of the Final: What an absolute rollercoaster! We had a poor first half and found ourselves 2-0 down and on the ropes. But this team has incredible heart, and they produced an amazing second-half fightback! Scarlett started it off by smashing in a fantastic free kick, and Khandyce found the equaliser to level the game for us.

We thought we had won it with seconds to go, but a goal was heartbreakingly ruled out for handball.

Into extra time we went, and unfortunately, we fell behind again. But Khandyce wasn't finished—she came to the rescue once more, smashing through the defence with a superb finish to make it 3-3!

The Penalties: Penalties are a total lottery, and sadly, our number didn't come up today. Zihanna (who was absolutely tireless all game) and Khandyce both smashed their penalties in, but it just wasn't our day.

The Performance: Every single player played their hearts out today and simply didn't deserve to lose. If they were on the pitch, they were amazing. Sending our best wishes to poor old Isla, who picked up a whack to her ankle in extra time—we hope you get well soon!
